L'osservatorio Sky Views Dubai ha la caratteristica di avere sia la facciata che il pavimento tutto in vetro lungo 25 metri, con vista spettacolare sul Burj Khalifa e le Fontane, spettacolare e' anche lo scivolo di vetro che spinge i visitatori dal livello 53 al livello 52 in un tubo di vetro trasparente. Lo Sky Views ha anche un' altra attrazione ancora più adrenalinica al livello 53 c'e' lo Sky Walk (ponte pedonale esterno) che collega le due torri a 220 metri d'altezza.
Il ponte e' lungo 85 metri e largo 30 metri, lo Sky Walk e' sostenuto da una struttura in acciaio alta 4 metri specificatamente progettata per trasferire il suo peso alle pareti centrali dell'edificio. L'esperienza Sky Walk consiste nella camminata nel bordo del ponte esterno (edge walk) agganciato ad una imbracatura di sicurezza, potendo ammirare la città da 220 metri d'altezza.
